Three friends from different trades were asked to complete a small extension for someone. It went well and from that Venture Building Services Ltd was born.

 

Based in Allestree, we provide a personal touch to the project unlike some larger building companies. With Andy at our front of house, he is personable and friendly and always happy to help with ideas and solutions.

 

John in the office has a foundation qualification in Quantity Surveying from the ‘RICS’ and works behind the scenes to cost the projects and help bring them in on budget.

 

John Senior comes and inspects on site and as well as Andy makes sure the projects are running smoothly.
